LHRT Seeking Volunteers for Committees!

The Library History Round Table (LHRT) is seeking volunteers for a variety of committees.

Committee service is a great way to shape library history scholarship, recognize the efforts of your colleagues, and become familiar with the governance of round tables and ALA. We hope you’ll become part of our team!

Descriptions of the open positions are available at:

We welcome volunteers at all levels of experience, including practicing librarians, LIS faculty and students, and retirees. Anyone wishing to serve as a regular member of an LHRT committee must be a member of ALA and LHRT.

To apply for LHRT committees, please use the volunteer form available at: https://forms.gle/jY95RN69j9VakQCT9.

Committee members will be selected in August and will begin their terms immediately. Thanks for your interesting in serving LHRT!
